Marc founded Diversita after his own son's neurodiversity diagnosis inspired him to create change in the workplace. With 20+ years in recruitment, he now delivers training, consulting, and keynote talks to organisations across the UK.

Giulia Crawley

Operations Manager & Co-Founder

Giulia co-founded Diversita with Marc and oversees day-to-day operations. Her meticulous approach keeps the business running smoothly, ensuring every client receives excellent service and the community stays well-supported.

Diversita Connect is an online community and support platform designed to empower the ND community. When we launched, our goals were simple: provide neurodivergent job seekers and professionals with essential support and a sense of community.

Fast forward to today — we've almost hit 100 webinars, each packed with practical insights, lived experiences, and expert advice. Diversita Connect is FREE for all members. We welcome donations to assist with running costs but there are no mandatory subscription costs.
