Neurodiversity Celebration Week has been an incredible (and busy!) time for us at Diversita.co.uk. As a neurodivergent consultancy, this week is close to our hearts.

Marc Crawley, our founder, has been busy all week travelling around the UK delivering training sessions to organisations!

But beyond the numbers, it’s the individual moments that made this week truly special. Hearing personal journeys, meeting new friends, and seeing people learn about neurodiversity for the first time—these are the moments that remind us why we do what we do.

Neurodiversity Celebration Week is fast becoming a springboard for organisations to take real action on neuro-inclusion, and that’s a huge step forward.
